“I moved to Las Vegas two years ago and have been using my LA intern until I was referred to Dr. Rosenstein. Dr. Rosenstein spent as much time as I needed in the appointment, and was very thorough in his exam and the ordering of necessary tests. If I were to be critical of the office, it would be:
1. They do not give out extension numbers so that one can talk directly to the Doctor's nurse or leave a message with the nurse.
2. I have left two messages on the answering service to get referrals to other doctors, and no one has returned my phone messages. I just left a third message today.
So, without placing blame on the doctor, who I really like, there is improvement needed in the responsiveness of the staff to patients inquiries. A general managers issue as the Doctors should be spending their time taking care of patients.
Next visit I will talk to Dr. Rosenstein about my experience and hopefully the communication issue can be resolved.”
“Dr. Rosenstein has been my primary care doctor for several years. I'm in my 60's and in good health, but like most people my age I need maintenance like routine physicals and tests and some prescriptions. Dr. Rosenstein is understanding, matter-of-fact, and patient. He listens carefully and gives me straight answers and clear explanations. I've never felt rushed or not heard.
Many tests are done right there in the IMS building. Usually no need to go to another facility for routine blood tests, and procedures like an echo cardiogram. And the IMS patient portal enables you to see the results of your tests not long after you take them. Also, you can message the staff and your doctor 24/7 on the patient portal, and often get answers/solutions without having to call or go to the office.
I've referred several people to IMS and Dr. Rosenstein and everyone has been very happy. Great job!”
“Dr. Rosenstein is fantastic! I transferred my care to him when I moved to Las Vegas in April 2020 and he provided an easy transition from my former doc (in spite of COVID). He helped me get my diabetes under control and best of all, by working with him I've gone down from a 42 waist to a 36 waist (over 55 pounds). What I like is that he listens to me and is open to supplements and accepted the scans done by my former doc. His encouragement, weight loss advice, and help have helped me lose weight, go off high blood pressure meds, and get diabetes under control. Highly recommend. (Also, great office staff, x-ray on site, labs on site, telemedicine, a PA that can change/renew meds, etc.).”
“I have been seeing Dr. Rosenstein for over a year after relocating to Las Vegas from the Pacific NW. I was fortunate to have received a referral from a close friend who is a RD in SoCal. I am grateful to have found a talented doctor so quickly.
I was able to discuss my history and concerns with Dr. Rosenstein and we began a treatment strategy to improve my health.
I am posting this because I have read some of the reviews and it's disheartening to see that some people have posted derogatory reviews.
I believe that some people have the wrong idea about medical care in some of these posts. These people are medical professionals. They are not magicians or gods that can fix something on the spot. It's unfair to assume that they can treat anything by just showing up. Also, this office is very busy. I know from prior care in the PNW and UCLA health, it's in reasonable to expect any medical office to drop everything to take your call or call in prescription because you ran out the same day. After reading some reviews I believe some of the reviews are due to people not getting immediate satisfaction.
I highly recommend Dr. Rosenstein.
Male 40+, good health, active.”
“How rare these days to come to a doctor's office and be greeted with a smile and a welcoming tone of voice at the front desk. I cannot tell you what a difference that makes. And it goes further than that! Wait time is minimal, the nurses call you back in a timely manner and you have access to your doctor's email to communicate with him directly. I feel like I just went though a time warp and I love it!
And.....I mustn't forget Dr. David Rosenstein, my wonderful new doctor who takes the time to listen and explain things in layman's terms as I am indeed a natural blonde! I'm so glad I found you guys! Thank you for keeping me healthy.
And, I must add that when they did my chest X-ray, they called me that afternoon to ask me to come in to discuss a mass they found. I hadn't told them yet that the mass had been there for 3 years already and was not dangerous. The fact that they called me so quickly really warmed my heart!”
“I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenstein for 3 1/2 years since moving from Los Angeles. I was very lucky that a friend living here in Las Vegas referred me to his office. It is a large office with a Quest Diagnostic Center on site.
Dr. Rosenstein is very thorough and takes his time to review all of your concerns. He provides holistic and western medicine treatments and discusses various options for treatment. I am grateful to have found him!
I have done several tele-health appointments with Dr. Rosenstein to review my bloodwork or get refills for my prescriptions. It has always been an easy process to deal with their office. Highly recommend Dr. Rosenstein!”
“Finding Dr. David Rosenstein, is such a gift.
His office staff is impeccable. They are friendly and organized. I am always in the room before my actual appointment time.
Dr. Rosenstein takes the time with you to listen, and make sure he can help in anyway. That is rare in medical these days.
Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable!
He does whatever he can to help treat you by any means necessary. I've referred several friends to him and none the less, they are well pleased.
He is raw, blunt, honest and just exactly what I need in a physician.
Thank you for helping me in a way no dr has before.”
“First of all, I'm not the usual person for writing reviews. In this case, I could not let this go unnoticed. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 on January 13, 2022. After my hospital stay, I went to see a doctor at Internal Medicine Specialist. The doctor I originally had appointment with was not available. I ended up with seeing Jennifer Cribb.
I was suffering from Covid after affects. I had respiratory issues, Covid brain fog, fatigue, and several other issues. I felt like I had dementia. I could not remember simple words. I was not able to remember everyday things.
Jennifer was so kind. I liked that she did not rush me during my visits. She really LISTENED. She took her time to explain each and every step of my journey to recovery. She reassured me I was not going crazy or had dementia.
Long term Covid is not something that can be diagnosed through tests. I had several tests to make sure nothing was not missed. After a few months of brain exercises and medication for the brain fog, I am feeling better than ever. My brain is back to my pre-Covid condition.
I can't thank Jennifer enough for seeing me through this difficult journey. She provides quality service and care for her patients. I'm so glad to have met her. She has me for life.”
“I have been a patient here for about 5 years now. Dr. Whipple and Dr. Ghadishah are fantastic. They have excellent bedside manner and take the time to listen. I'm currently seeing Dr. Ghadishah and I really love his energy.
I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be placed in a room and from there, I'm seen relatively quickly. This visit the wait was 20 minutes. From my past experiences with doctors, this is like light speed.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this office and the supporting staff members. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and positive vibes. This is so important to me.”
“Someone on the Nextdoor app recommended Doctor David Rosenstein and I'm so glad that they did. I first visited his office 4 months ago. He is very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. Unlike every other doctor I've seen in Vegas, he just didn't order lab tests and do nothing else. He had me run relevant blood test and referred me to PT. He also explained everything that he was doing which I truly appreciated it.
It has been Easy scheduling appts, however if it's your first time seeing the doctor you may have to wait a few months. What I love about Dr Rosenstein is he never makes you wait.
If he isn't available for a follow-up appointment, then you can always make an appointment with one of the physician assistants. That's just in case you can't wait for Rosenstein's next available appointment.
The girls in the front office are always really sweet so are the nurses that draw blood and the guy that gives you the stress test. They are all aces in my book and I'm difficult to please. 🙂
Recently, I've been seeing Dr. Ghadishah. He administered a trigger shot injection for me in Dec and recommended some cupping. The topping and shot gave me Immediate relief. I will be back to more cupping since Dr. Ghadishah explained that I needed to keep it up to get some permanent relief.”
“Dr. Ghadishah is the doctor I see. Have been going to him for over 10 years. I moved away and came back and still went straight to him. Sometimes there is a wait but that is due to giving his patients the utmost care. I agree that some of office staff needs more training but otherwise everyone is great. I have recommended atleast 3 people who are now patients and extremely happy. Donna Mc.”
“Really like Dr. Sinai. Highly competent and listens to your concerns. My problem is with the office staff especially with the person who schedules appointments. Very nice on the phone but in my opinion she is incompetent in scheduling. She cancelled my appointment instead of rescheduling me. Needless to say it was highly inconvenient since I had other appointments that day. Would switch offices but I truly like my Dr.”
“Dr Rosenstein is the first doctor in years that has actually been able to help me. It is extremely difficult to find a decent family doctor here in Las Vegas, but Dr Rosenstein is just that. Today I had something come up that needed quick attention, and he was even able to get me in on the same day with only about three hours notice. I literally would've waited longer at a quick care. He also speaks to you like a normal person and communicates simply what's going on.”
“Very glad I decided to start going to Internal Medicine Specialists and Dr. Rosenstein for primary care over a year ago. Dr. Rosenstein has really helped me work towards improving my health and overall well-being. I have had some health issues in the past few years, and am now feeling better and better every day. Additionally, I have never had any problem getting appointments when needed, and he is very diligent about returning phone calls and using virtual appointments when necessary. The office staff, especially Leilani, returns messages and phone calls quickly, and they are always helpful and polite.”
“Dr. Rosenstein is a rare doctor who actually LISTENS to his patients and takes their concerns seriously!! When other doctors blew me off and refused to do the testing I needed, Dr. Rosenstein listened to me and confirmed I had a condition that the other doctor didn't care about at all. Much of his advice is to visit out of state specialists, but he's just keeping it real since Vegas doctors can be subpar.
Convenient that a lot of testing here can be done on-site as well.”
